As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Managing the coordination of equipment, staff, and production processes across the Harvest Floor and Fabrication Room, ensuring departmental targets and standards are met.

· Directing production scheduling and daily operations, taking ownership of first-line troubleshooting and escalation of operational issues.

· Managing the performance and operation of production machinery, ensuring equipment is utilised efficiently and safely.

· Establishing and managing preventative cleaning and maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment to minimise downtime and uphold compliance standards.

· Managing quality control processes, including product inspection protocols, to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

· Overseeing and organizing the equipment, staff, and processes in production, either in our Harvest Floor or Fabrication Room.

· Overseeing scheduling and routine production activities as well as acting as first-line troubleshooting should problems arise.

· Overseeing the operation of production machinery

· Overseeing the set-up cleaning and maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment

· Overseeing product inspection and product quality control.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:

· Have at least a relevant AQF Certificate III qualification or equivalent plus 1 year of relevant work experience; OR 3 years of relevant work experience to substitute the qualification

· Strong attention to detail

· Strong time management skills

· Ability to work within a fast-pace team environment

· Strong work ethic

· Good communication skills

· Ability to work as part of the team
