Aspire Hospitality Group Pty Ltd is looking for passionate, skilled, and creative chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team. As part of our vibrant, multi-cultural venue, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative dishes while working in a fast-paced and energetic environment. This role is ideal for Chefs who are eager to learn, experiment, and grow their careers in a supportive and fun setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in line with our diverse menu.

- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment.

- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.

- Assist in menu development and contribute to innovative dish creation.

- Support the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff.

- Ensure consistency in food presentation, portioning, and quality.

Skills & Experience Required:

-Previous experience as a Demi Chef, Commis Chef, or Cook (preferred but not essential for apprentices).

-Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.

-Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen.

-A passion for culinary innovation, creativity, and attention to detail.

-Strong teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.

-Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.

-Relevant culinary qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent preferred).
