Food & Beverage Duty Manager (Salary: $79,521.25)

Ibis and Pullman Brisbane Airport is seeking a passionate and hands-on F&B Duty Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing outlets.

Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will lead service delivery and coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards.

About The Role

Lead daily Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets.

Coach, train and mentor team members during service.

Conduct pre-shift briefings focused on service, product knowledge, safety and team performance.

Support onboarding, training programs and ongoing staff development.

Ensure exceptional guest service and effective resolution of guest feedback.

Drive upselling and revenue opportunities through team coaching.

Maintain compliance with RSA, food safety, WH&S and hotel policies.

Monitor service standards, outlet presentation and operational efficiency.

Train staff on POS systems, procedures and service standards.

About You

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.

Strong leadership and people development skills.

Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Excellent communication and team-building abilities.

Sound knowledge of restaurant, bar and conference operations.

Current RSA certification.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
