Jts Hairstylists is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Hairstylist to join our professional salon team.

We are looking for a confident stylist who has strong technical skills, provides exceptional customer service and takes pride in delivering high-quality hairdressing services.

Daily Duties

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Greeting and welcoming clients

Conducting client consultations

Scheduling and rebooking clients

Cutting, colouring and styling hair

Straightening, perming and blow-drying

Recommending appropriate take-home haircare products

Recording and maintaining client service history

Processing sales and payments through the POS system

Maintaining a safe, clean and professional salon environment

Attending meetings with management and other employees

Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive client experience

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

3+ years' experience as a qualified hairstylist

Strong skills in cutting, colouring and styling

Experience with foiling, balayage, blondes and colour work

Confidence with consultations and recommending suitable services and products

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A professional presentation and positive attitude

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic

A willingness to learn and continue developing your skills

$79,423 salary + superannuation
