Position Summary

Deliver high-quality engineering design and documentation in line with Plexus standards, ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements while contributing to project success.

Reporting Line

Reports to Senior Engineer or Project Lead.

Qualification & Work Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant discipline) or above

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

Task and Core Responsibilities

• Undertake design tasks in accordance with relevant codes, NCC, and company standards.

• Treat clients and external parties with respect and professionalism.

• Manage time and priorities to meet deadlines and maintain reliability.

• Review engineering and drafting work diligently to manage risk and program.

• Operate within your skillset and seek support when necessary.

• Invest in maintaining broad technical knowledge through research and professional development.

• Support drafting staff and manage performance diplomatically.

• Demonstrate exceptional service and willingness to go the extra mile.

• Attend client and project meetings
