Salary Level - $80,000 - $90,000 p.a.

VENUE MANAGER needed:

To be successful you must have:

Approved Manager Certification (WA).

Must have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Experience with stock ordering and stock control

Flexibility to work nights, weekends

Must be available to open and close the bar

Experience with promoting the business and events including planning and supervising bar, restaurant, and functions

The ability to develop and maintain relationships with all customers and clients

A friendly and outgoing personality

Honest, Reliable and excellent attention to detail

Ability to reconcile cash/EFTPOS terminals with accuracy.

The ability to manage a shift in a fast-paced environment and maintain staff motivation & initiative levels during non-service periods.

A minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Outstanding customer service skills.

Demonstrated knowledge of wine and beer (local & imported).

The ability to demonstrate skills & knowledge and train staff in Bar Tending skills.

Ability to observe liquor, TAB and other laws and regulations

Ability to observe WHS regulations
