Welder

Our clients in are seeking an experienced welder with at least 3 years’ experience for a full time role.

The person we're looking for must have:

- A core qualification as a welder or related field

- Experience in an established fabrication workshop

- A demonstrated capacity to work efficiently and independently

- Hunger to progress in their field and gain mastery through hard work and training

- The drive to consistently do their best and contribute to a passionate team

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks related to the workshop-based fabrication of Vac Truck Industries’ specialist vehicle-mounted assemblies. They will be capable and confident in the fabrication of vacuum and street cleaning equipment that is directly mounted to truck bodies, whether it be manufactured on to a truck or fitted to one after manufacturing. This will require the applicant to have a working knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electric and hydraulic systems in the execution of their tasks as a welder.

In return they'll offer a job that will satisfy and inspire, supported by industry leaders with plenty of opportunities to train and develop. Base salary will be between $75,000 and $93,000 per year depending on experience.
