Position Title: Full-time Contract Administrator

Annual Salary: A$ 110,000 + Superannuation

Kevlins Facility Management Services is a growing Australian company providing high-quality commercial and specialised cleaning and facility management services across a diverse range of industries. We are committed to delivering reliable, professional and client-focused services while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and compliance. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team and support the effective management and administration of our contracts and business operations.

Tasks include:

• Administer head contracts, subcontracts and supplier agreements

• Coordinate subcontractor procurement, including scopes, tender comparisons, negotiations and trade letting

• Prepare and manage claims, variations, extension of time notices and correspondence

• Track project budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasts and cashflow

• Monitor commercial performance and identify emerging cost, scope and contractual risks

• Liaise with clients, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers

• Maintain accurate contract registers, cost records and project documentation

• Stay up to date with legislative changes and make adjustments as required.

Skill level required:

• A minimum of Diploma in Management or related discipline.

• A minimum of 1 year of contract administration experience within the Australian facility management industry is mandatory.

• High attention to detail and time management skills.

• Sound knowledge of facilities management contracts, subcontract administration and procurement

• Able to perform under pressure.

• Strong organisation, stakeholder management and communication skills

• A valid driver's licence.
