Triple C Auto Group Pty Ltd, trading as Express Roadworthy & Mechanical, is an automotive workshop located in Woodridge, Queensland. The business provides repair, servicing and maintenance for cars and other motor vehicles, carrying out work in accordance with established procedures to ensure vehicles are safe, reliable and roadworthy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in cars and other motor vehicles using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.

• Remove, dismantle and inspect engine components, gearboxes, steering systems and other mechanical assemblies to determine faults or wear.

• Fix cars by repairing or replacing damaged, worn or malfunctioning parts and reassembling vehicle components according to manufacturer specifications.

• Service cars by performing routine maintenance including oil and filter changes, lubrication of moving parts and engine adjustments.

• Reinstall engines, transmissions and other mechanical components following repair, maintenance or overhaul procedures.

• Test cars after repairs and servicing to ensure proper functioning, safety and compliance with operational standards.

• Use computerised diagnostic equipment to analyse vehicle systems and accurately locate technical faults.

• Inspect cars and other motor vehicles to ensure they meet safety and operational standards and provide recommendations for roadworthy compliance where required.

Experience and Qualifications

• AQF Certificate III or AQF Certificate IV in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a Motor Mechanic

• Strong knowledge of petrol engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, and brake systems.

• Ability to use computerised diagnostic tools and interpret service manuals.
