Childcare worker Early Childhood Teacher

We are looking for an engaged, enthusiastic & professional lead educator ready to join our team & provide fun, laughter & positive leadership, the role is up to 38 hours per week & you will be employed on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

- Support children’s development across cognitive, social, and emotional domains

- Maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

- Observe, assess, and document children's learning and progress

- Build positive relationships with families, children, and colleagues

- Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and regulations

- Mentor and support educators within the team

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

- Current Working with Children Check (NSW)

- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

- Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Desirable Criteria

- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an early childhood setting

- Experience in multicultural or diverse environments

- Leadership experience (preferred but not essential)
