Position Details:

Cutler & Marion Wine Bar are thrilled to announce that we are looking for someone to join our senior management team. We are currently seeking to find enthusiastic and self-motivated Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers with a passion for the industry, experience in leadership and a sharp eye for detail.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for:

• Overseeing the day to day running of the pub in accordance with the Owners’ instructions

• Being the point of contact for regulatory bodies

• Ensuring that all staff have current RSA certificates and that the RSA registry is up to date at all times

• Ensuring the venue is run in a manner compliant to its liquor licence.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience

• Experience leading service within a high-quality venue.

• In depth knowledge of food and wine

• The ability to control the financial performance of Supernormal

Salary

$80,000 to $90,000 base salary
