If you’re looking to be part of a team driving the latest food trends across Australia, we have various permanent opportunities available for suitably experienced & qualified Chefs (Cert III Commercial Cookery equivalent) working either a BIBO/DIDO roster of 2:2 or FIFO roster of 2:1 out of Brisbane; and FIFO rosters of 2:1 out of the Cairns, Darwin & Townsville regions within our Energy & Resources portfolio.

Who are we looking for?

If you have a passion for food, thrive in fast-paced environments delivering food to the highest standards, have strong interpersonal skills and love working alongside a team, we want you! To be successful, you’ll need:

• Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR have relevant Energy & Resources Chef experience, be currently residing in Australia & seeking Visa sponsorship

• Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

• Previous experience in mass-catering environments (volume cooking)

• A strong understanding of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness (Food Safety Supervisor Certificate highly regarded at line Chef level and a must for Leadership roles)

• Strong cooking and food preparation skills including knife skills are essential

• Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts
