Position: Cook (ANZSCO 351411)

Salary: $78,000 - $82,000 + Superannuation

Location: FORBES NSW 2871

Our client, Forbes Inn, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Cook to join their growing kitchen team.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

-Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality

-Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment

-Preparing and cooking food

-Seasoning food during cooking

-Portioning food, place it on plates and add gravies, sauces and garnishes

-Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities

-Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements

- Be a team player

-May plan menus and estimate food requirements

-May train other kitchen staff and apprentices

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Relevant qualification/s

- 2-3 years experience in a similar role/setting

- Excellent communication skills

- Passion for cooking
