Educator/ Room Leader (Full-Time

About the Role

Kids Patrol is seeking a passionate and experienced Child Care Worker / Room Leader to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role involves supporting the development and wellbeing of children while delivering high-quality early childhood education programs in line with the ACECQA framework.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and supervision for children

Plan and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing

Maintain a safe and compliant environment

Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff

Contribute to documentation and observations.

Skills & Experience Required

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Minimum 1–2 years experience in a childcare setting

Strong understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.

Employment Details

Position: Full-Time (38 hours per week)

Salary: $77,000 – $82,000 per annum + superannuation.
