Key Responsibilities

•Provide premium haircuts, fades, and traditional barbering services

•Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships

•Maintain a clean and professional workspace

•Stay current with modern and traditional cutting techniques

•Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

•Participate in our famous Thursday & Friday happy hour traditions

Requirements

•Certified barber qualification (Cert III in Barbering or equivalent)

•Minimum 2 years of barbering experience preferred

•Proficiency in modern and traditional cutting techniques

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in environment

•Passion for the craft and continuous improvement
