Sales and Marketing Manager

McPhails Furniture are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our retail and online growth strategy, drive customer engagement, and strengthen our brand presence in Wangaratta, VIC and across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

- Lead promotional campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.

- Oversee online sales growth and customer engagement through the McPhails website.

- Manage retail showroom promotions, merchandising, and customer experience.

- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategy.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets.

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing management.

- Proven track record in retail or e-commerce growth.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.

- Experience with digital marketing platforms and CRM systems.

- Ability to develop innovative campaigns aligned with brand values.

Salary range is $75,000-$90,000pa commensurate with experience
