What you'll do
As a Senior Lecturer (Nursing), you will make significant contributions to high-quality teaching, research, and service within the School. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality, student-centred teaching across UniSQ’s postgraduate nursing programs
Contributing to curriculum development, program coordination, course leadership, and creation of high-quality learning materials
Securing external research funding and engaging in research projects that deliver meaningful social, economic, and health outcomes
Providing academic leadership across the School, including mentoring colleagues and contributing to a positive, collaborative academic culture
What will help you succeed
It is essential you hold a Master qualification as a Nurse Practitioner that can lead to AHPRA registration as a Nurse Practitioner in Australia
It is desirable that you hold or are working towards a doctoral qualification or equivalent accreditation and standing in nursing
It is desirable that you hold APHRA endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner, but essential that you are a registered nurse with AHPRA in Australia
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality tertiary teaching, including course coordination, student-centred learning, and positive educational outcomes
Desirable to have research experience with a track record of publications, funding success, industry engagement, and collaborative research that advances knowledge
