Process Worker in Nuriootpa (July- December)

Position: Process Worker Location: Nuriootpa Pay Rate: $36.93 per hour Job Type: Full-time/ Rotational Shifts About the Role: Join a busy production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves packaging, labeling, and handling products, with opportunities to gain experience across different shifts. No prior experience is required, though production or packaging experience is a plus. Shift Details (Rotational - One Week Each): Day: 6:00am - 2:00pm Afternoon: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Night: Sunday 10:00pm - 6:00am Responsibilities:

Assist with all aspects of wine production, including crushing, pressing, and fermentation

Operate pumps, sorting equipment, and presses to process grapes

Ensure all production equipment is properly set up and maintained

Monitor quality control standards throughout the production process

Label bottles and package finished product for distribution

Clean and sanitize production areas to ensure a safe working environment

Assist with training new production team members Requirements:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsible and efficient with excellent time management skills

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
