Recruitment Consultant

Skilled Resources Group provides permanent and temporary recruitment solutions, as well as HR services and consultancy to the Mining, Engineering, Construction and Maintenance Industry throughout WA.

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our ever-growing Mechanical Team!

The Role:

Reporting to the Mechanical Team Leader, who will provide on-going support, you will be responsible for the full end to end recruitment of your client request.

Responsibilities:

Screening of potential candidates including advertising job vacancies, interviewing, screening, and selecting the right candidates to be placed forward for the role

Registration of candidates (reference checks, OHS inductions, medicals, contracts)

Liaising with clients in a professional manner and retrieving all relevant information including duties, rates, contract length

Reporting to the team leaders on current job vacancies, candidates and providing feedback

Negotiating salaries and terms of employment

Managing multiple client contracts and sites

Up-keep of candidate files and ensuring everything is up to date and meets company polices

On-going candidate management, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Recruitment agency (ideally blue collar)

Ability to manage multiple clients and sites and prioritise your workload

Excellent communication skills
