Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role

Duties:

- preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies

- planning menus and estimating food and labour costs

- monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

- discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff

- explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations

- assisting with the training of staff
